The Service
We provide software to design and operate AI voice agents. Features may change as we improve the platform. Some capabilities may require paid plans or third-party services (telephony, LLM providers, payments).
Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials, for activity under your organization, and for configuring agents in compliance with applicable law (including telemarketing and privacy rules).
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive calling practices
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service beyond permitted APIs
- No uploading of content you do not have rights to use
Fees
Where fees apply (including optional agent-create charges configured by administrators), you agree to pay them through the designated payment provider. Taxes may apply.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated speech and text can be inaccurate; you must supervise production use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VISYS Cloud Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
